"New york's  STAR OF THE DAY"

While talent shows like "The Voice" and "America's Got Talent" search the nation for their contestants ... "NEW YORK'S STAR OF THE DAY" will prove that the next GLOBAL STAR is right here in the NYC/Tri-State area!!

We're looking for SINGERS, RAPPERS and other TALENTED MUSICIANS who are ready to take their careers to the next level.

The GRAND PRIZE WINNER will take home a BRAND NEW CAR, a RECORDING DEAL, and the title of NY's Star of the Day - "GRAND CHAMPION"!

THE COMPETITION

Each 30-MINUTE SHOW is comprised of three (3) performances.  In order to pick the “Star of the Day”, each act is rated by a rotating panel of music experts and celebrity judges - AND the studio audience. 

  • The winner returns to compete the following week, against two NEW CONTESTANTS.  
  • Performers who win four (4) consecutive times, automatically move on to the FINALS.

FINALS CONTESTANTS are also selected from viewers’ votes online.

  • Each week, we encourage our viewing audience to cast their votes for their favorite contestants via the "STAR OF THE DAY" online voting module or through Twitter at @nystaroftheday or Facebook  facebook.com/nystarofthday.

FINALS and GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP

At the end of each season... 12 CONTESTANTS will progress to the Finals. 

Winners from each of the four FINALS will move on to the GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP where they will compete for the Grand Prize package including a RECORDING DEAL and a BRAND NEW CAR !!
